In addition to our instrument portfolio for pharmaceuticals, we offer IQ/OQ protocols, customized format parts for the GPX1500 Vial & Ampoule, perforated stainless steel tray, calibration services, a Report Generator tool and more.
We also offer user training sessions with individual certificates. If you need an annual service agreement, we are happy to arrange this.
Yearly calibration services
A calibration package allowing an efficient calibration of the GPX1500 Vial & Ampoule instrument, that can be done remotely without having to send the instrument back and forth. Calibrated vials produced at different concentrations will be sent to the user for measurement. The data collected is sent to our support team for evaluation. At the end of the procedure, a calibration certificate is issued and sent to the user.

Report generator tool
A tool that generates reports of the measurements. It is an active EXCEL sheet that does not require any specific software. It just requires a WINDOWS 10 environment. It logs the data in the same folder where the file is stored. A pdf document is automatically generated to log all the measurement data. Additionally, a csv type text document is generated. This allows to import the data into EXCEL. When pressing the save button, a report is produced. It additionally allows to add information like batch number and comments, making the report fully traceable.

Technology
The GasSpect optical gas sensors are based on 25 years of development and refinement of industrial laser gas sensors. The product utilizes Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS).
The laser sensor technology has been developed by Gasporox and Gasporox’s technology partner/supplier, and is used in many other industrial settings, including the petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy industries.
The Gasporox technology is already used more than 10 years very successful for the testing of parenteral drugs. It is integrated and used in machines, systems and instruments to do 100% and lab testing of vials and ampoules in many parenteral packaging lines and labs. The great performance and robustness of the measurement is well proofed in the industry.
