Gasporox – more than just sensors & instruments
In addition to our instrument portfolio for pharmaceuticals, we offer IQ/OQ protocols, customized format parts for the GPX1500 Vial & Ampoule, perforated stainless steel tray, calibration services, a Report Generator tool and more.
We also offer user training sessions with individual certificates. If you need an annual service agreement, we are happy to arrange this.
Yearly calibration services
A calibration package allowing an efficient calibration of the GPX1500 Vial & Ampoule instrument, that can be done remotely without having to send the instrument back and forth. Calibrated vials produced at different concentrations will be sent to the user for measurement. The data collected is sent to our support team for evaluation. At the end of the procedure, a calibration certificate is issued and sent to the user.

GPX HMI
The GPX HMI software is used to operate Gasporox instruments and sensors in a GMP regulated environment. All data collected during measurements are stored in an SQL database as electronic records. GPX HMI does not require any other interface or integration with other software. Once the software is connected to an instrument via the USB port, it is ready to use.
Our software package is designed to meet the needs of customers in the pharmaceutical industry who operate solutions that comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP). In other words, the software meets the requirements of CFR21 Part 11 with secure data and traceability of electronic records. In addition, the GPX HMI provides easily configurable user management with different levels of access rights. Together with recipe management that provides traceability within different batch reports and also includes a batch summary, audit trail and data of all measurements as secure pdf files.
This software is an optimal solution that reduces integration time and cost by eliminating the need for an additional interface.

Technology
The Gasporox sensors and instruments are built on more than 25 years of development and refinement in industrial laser-based gas measurement. The system uses Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), a highly reliable and precise method for non-destructive headspace gas analysis.
Developed by Gasporox in collaboration with its technology partners, this laser sensor technology is widely used in demanding industries such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, and energy.
Gasporox’s laser-based headspace analysis has been successfully deployed for over a decade in pharmaceutical manufacturing. It is integrated into fully automated inspection systems and benchtop instruments for 100% in-line and laboratory testing of vials, ampoules, and other parenteral packaging formats. The performance and robustness of the system have been validated through extensive real-world use.
