The GasSpect series comes in different variations depending on which gas to be inspected.GasSpect CO2 & Bar measures the carbon dioxide gas concentration and provides information about the pressure inside a bottle.
Applications:
The GasSpect CO2 & Bar sensor is a non-intrusive inspection sensor for measuring carbon dioxide as well as providing information of the pressure inside the bottle. CO2 detection is typically part of Modifed Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) inspection. Applications are leak detection and quality inspection of carbonated water, sodas, beer, sparkling wine and champagne, all with different concentration in carbon dioxide and bottle pressure.

Technology

The GasSpect optical gas sensors are based on 25 years of development and refinement of industrial laser gas analyzers. The product utilizes Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS).

The laser sensor technology has been developed by Gasporox and Gasporox’s technology partner/supplier, and is used in many other industrial settings, including the petro-chemical, pharmaceutical, and energy industries.

The Gasporox technology is already used more than 10 years very successful for the testing of parenteral drugs. It is integrated and used in machines, systems and instruments to do 100% testing and lab testing of vials and ampoules in many parenteral packaging lines and labs.
