Is there 24/7 support available?

We do our best to accomodate our customers with support as soon as possible. Our standard business hours are 8 AM – 4 PM. For support after business hours, an additional expedition fee is added.

What is the lifetime of the laser?

The laser lifetime is typically more than 10 years of one shift operation
